This build uses "Find Their Weakness!" for an unusual source of Deep Wound, this allows the Dual Attack Blades of Steel to be used producing a powerful spike.

Survivor Insignia's, Rune of Superior Vigor, Runes of Attunement.
Zealous/Vampiric/Ebon 15^50 Daggers of Fortitude
Spear + Shield defensive set.

Usage

Use Way of the Assassin for an IAS.
Go through skills 3-7 to spike.
Use "Find Their Weakness!" for Deep Wound during your chain (before Horns of the Ox preferably).

Counters

General Anti-Melee
Anti-Shout
Adjacent foes stopping the Knockdown of HotO.

Variants

Unsuspecting Strike + Lotus Strike.
Golden Fox Strike + Wild Strike.
Resurrection Signet over Dash for RA.
Trampling Ox instead of HotO if you are sure you can land LMS.
Disrupting Stab + Fox Fangs.
