- Survivor, Vigor, and Vitae runes.
- Any Scythe of Fortitude.
Usage
- Cast Avatar of Grenth before engaging foes
- Cast Attacker's Insight before your spike
- Spike with Chilling Victory→Pious Assault→Protector's Strike
- Use Pious Haste / Rush to chase kiting ennemies.

- Non-enchantment blocking
- Anti-melee hexes
