The AoG Dervish can dish out some serious damage without having to worry about blocking enchantments like Guardian or Aegis.

- Cast Avatar of Grenth before engaging
- Spike with Chilling Victory - Pious Assault - Eremite's Attack
Counters
- Non-enchantment blocking
- Anti-melee hexes
- Blind
Variants
- Sight Beyond Sight to prevent Blind
- For condition removal, take Mending Touch
- Shock or Bull's Strike as a knockdown
- Dash or Rush as an alternative running stance
- Disrupting Dagger or Distracting Blow for interrupt
- Crippling Victory for a snare
- Wild Blow - unblockable stance removal
