This build uses the [[gw:Monk|Monk]] elite [[gw:Zealous Benediction|Zealous Benediction]] to provide ample healing abilities towards the party. Other [[gw:Protection Prayers|Protection Prayers]] line skills are used to increase the defense of the user through [[gw:Enchantment|Enchantment]]s. The [[gw:Dervish|Dervish]] secondary profession provides the user with a constant health and armor boost through use of the [[gw:Earth Prayers|Earth Prayers]] line. Those together, a versatile and stable healer with adequate defense is created.
This build is a Mo/D version of the [http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Build:D/Mo_130hp_Dervish D/Mo 130hp Dervish] build, as well as the "New Invisible Monk" or "SoA Monk" build. This build can be used as a extremely effective tank against warrior bosses/mobs, and can also be used to farm bosses mentioned in the[http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Build:D/Mo_130hp_Dervish D/Mo 130hp Dervish] build. It wont work well against high level necromancers/mesmers/casters that use hex spells and conditions. Superior runes are used to get the Monk's health down to 105. It is mainly for those who want to use their Monk rather than create a new character for the Dervish version.

At the start of the area, find a group of mobs to kill yourself in. This will reduce your HP to 33. Alternatively, you can go straight in with 105 HP, though tanking is as effective. Next, cast Balthazar's Spirit, Essence Bond and Mending.

There is half a second where SoA isn't actually up, so make sure you cast it again right when it has recharged to keep you alive. Keep alternating between the spells until the target is dead, then if you wish, swap to the next enemy.

This build uses the Monk elite Zealous Benediction to provide ample healing abilities towards the party.
