- Mending Touch may be taken when a TA build is lacking Foul Feast or for RA.
- Lightning Reflexes.
Equipment
- +5e Poisonous Recurve Bow of Fortitude.
- +5e Poisonous Longbow of Fortitude.
- 15^50 Vampiric Shortbow of Fortitude.
- -5e Spear of Fortitude.
- +10 armor vs x and -20% blind duration Shields of Fortitude.
Usage
- Maintain Apply Poison.
- Interrupt key skills and spread poison.
- Remove hexes and conditions like blindness with Empathic Removal.
- Use Purge Signet to remove hex stacks. Don't forget to switch to your low energy set beforehand!
