Whirlwind Attack in the first optional if running on a human. Otherwise, take a skill listed below.

Equipment

User choice of swords. Suggestions include Zealous for energy, Elemental for conjure variants, and Vampiric for damage.
Aforementioned runes

Usage

Use Hundred Blades and Whirlwind Attack for big AoE damage.
Apply bleeding and deep wound with Sever Artery and Gash.
Activate Flail for IAS.
Gain adrenaline and self-heal with Lion's Comfort.
Resurrect dead teammates with Resurrection Signet.
