Well I can see the number of golds dropping rapidly in the next month or so. Though I love running SoO. The build was even posted here and I can still charge 10-12k per person. Would adding some sort of damage skill speed anything up or does it not even matter?

It should only be done in HM. The easiest way is to go the long way in the second zone (going down and then heading up through the mountains). If you go the top way its faster but Trample goes through SF and it might kill you. Gringo 15:19, 23 January 2009 (EST)

If low on energy...

Try using this for the running build...

Shadow Arts: 12+3+1

Inspiration Magic: 12

The two optionals should be filled with the suggests posted in this build. However, you can switch the Heart of Shadow/Viper's Defence for "I am unstopable" if you want to take the shorter, harder way (the one with all the modniirs). This build is pretty easy to use once you get used to the echo timing. Also, Auspicious Incantation does not effect the recharge of echo because right after u use echo, that recharge will be longer; however, after it is replaced by the copied sf, the recharge starts over, and it isn't affected by the extra recharge. Lastly, dark escape lasts longer because you wont have to use deadly paradox while dark escape is in affect. I just cast Auspicious right after dark escape ends (you have a few extra seconds between it ending and when you need to cast echo.

For those who dont know, cast in this order:

1>2>3>4>5>6>3(when the recharge of sf is at about the bottom left corner)>(restart the process as soon as dark escape ends by casting 1, then continue with the chain when echo has recharged)--Vgfanatic2 16:45, 23 January 2009

why? running there is the hard part, and once ur there energy is a breeze (you just keep up SF and use deaths retreat to the dwarf). People should take the extra 90 seconds to run the long way because theyll be farming there for so long its not like ittl make a difference. energy shouldn't be a question at all really...
