Deadly Haste as another optional for Res in AB/CM for those who don't care for IMS in those arenas? Makes it maintainable on one or easy to spread it around. Kaze

What about somehow getting an extra point in CS to bump Seeping's duration up that extra second? And I mainly asked about the D.Haste because my friends and I don't really enjoy IMS in Fort Aspenwood unless we can't think of anything better, and D.Haste just makes this so spammably fun.
