This build doesn't dmg... the idea is nice but after you cast all your spells you are pretty much useless for like 30s. I think you should add Power Spike or such and adding a cover hex is a good idea too

Don't think it's damaging enough. NO degen pressure, no direct/indirect damage, elite hex is awesome (don't get me wrong) but this build's not the best in TA/RA at the very least. HA and GvG is a whole different ball game as you now have many others to deal the damage for you. /Notsigned for 4v4, though. --Ulterion 22:07, 25 December 2008 (EST)

Skills have max 20 sec recharge, and if you get to csat em all, stuff should be died or heavily pressure, shatter has been enough on a mesmer for a long time, ether phantom sucks in there though. This is epic in an "proper balanced build", since its just to snare a target and put marked of fucked up on him and he will die, since only WoH can heal him, but pleak WoH once and the target is dead... dont comment what you have no clue about.
