Shame might be good for catching them when they do (they switch to a low set, end Mind Wrack, switch to a high set, then cast, then Shame hits them, losing them their high-set energy). It depends. - If they have no energy, then it means they are eating 100 damage from Wastrel's Worry because they can't do anything. If they DO try to cast, it fails and you still a huge amount of energy.
