the build doesnt even work to well cause u got to wacth wut ur agroing cause if u agro somthing and ur not suposed to U fail so i dont recamend useing this build

Costs so much, and you'll be losing a somewhat precious Enchantment :/. Actually I am not happy with this build. I tried out several monk Elites, they all worked ... (SoR, BL, LS, etc.). When i first saw this build i though why monk primary you said your self that the build could be run with out an elite so then the only monk skills you using is holy veil why not make it a Any/Dervish build? or you could make it a dervish build and suggest to people with out a dervish that they can use it as a monk...Champion 16:52, 12 August 2007 (CEST)

There's already the Any/D Generic Forge Runner that I wrote but it's mainly based around VoS + aids. However, HH is not to be underestimated. It helps a lot here. i'm not saying put it on the same build page i'm just saying that if the build works with out monk as a primary or secondary that it should be made as a Any/Dervish build so that like you said people with out a dervish can use it not just monks or would you say this build is inferior to the Vos build w/o HH? I don't think it is inferior to the Build:Any/D Generic Forge Runner (see Mo/D Holy Forge Runner there); it merely has other advantages and disadvantages. Energy-wise it is a much better, and you can cancel much more Enchants that would be in the way (Fleeting). On top of that it was never easier for monks to run Snake Dance, etc. with HH. As the Any/D Generic page already covers all the Generic VoS builds for almost all professions, it also covers a good portion of non-VoS alternatives. Creating another Any/D Forge Runner Without VoS page might a bit over the top. — Luobailong ···talk ···builds 20:38, 13 August 2007 (CEST)

Reason for HH in this builds over other monk Elites are:

• Energy management (you will notice that the Dervish skills demand very much energy)
• Casting time
• No need for further hex removals

HH as Elite sucks bad, but in the beta it was way too overpowered, especially for PvP. As this build would work fine without Elite, HH does offer some nice advantages here over all other monk Elites. Finally, HH has found its place :D. — Luobailong ···talk ···builds 10:34, 9 August 2007 (CEST)

I think you're forgetting other builds that have used Healing Hands. This is totally not the first good build with that monk elite. W/Mo SOLOing Thirsty River used HH, and so did lots of Sanctum Cay running builds. I've seen it for Ettin farming too. ;) --Foolsauce 14:29, 20 September 2007 (CEST)

Harriers Haste?

Is this really neccisary? With the buff to Enchanted Haste it can be kept up constantly with the attribute setup that is given here. I don't know what you would put in its place, but I'm sure a better skill can be found. --- Ressmonkey (talk) 00:17, 14 August 2007 (CEST)

I'm aware of the skill change, so that Enchanted Haste can be kept up indefinitely. But only if an Enchantment is up. It happens quite often that you will run Ench-less due to stripping, and that's where Harrier's will come into place increasing your chance for surviving drastically. — Luobailong ···talk ···builds 12:06, 14 August 2007 (CEST)

For the sake of reliability for this long run Harrier's Haste cannot be replaced easily or else you will find yourself off-guard when getting totally stripped (which is most likely to happen at the end of the Lornar's Pass run). Patient Spirit is a great skill for running though, as it, with +20% longer Enchantments, can be used to get into aggro and damage range and get healed a tad while running. — Luobailong ···talk ···builds 11:52, 24 September 2007 (CEST)

Healing hands? Does it actually out heal the dmg that u take? and if ur going to run droks, how do u intend to prevent ice imps from killing u using mind freeze and maelstrom?

Hmm..
