Reversal of Damage to variants? ~ ĐONT*TALK 13:17, 1 April 2008 (EDT)

Screw the smite, most people who go Mo/N either go total smite with rend, or WoH prot hybrid with rend and maybe barbs/rigor mortis.--Goldenstar 15:21, 1 April 2008 (EDT)

Not really the smite is there for Strength of Honor for spike support. Kwisatz Haderach 18:44, 1 April 2008 (EDT)
Yes, but unless they run a full smite bar, they don't usually run strength of honor--Goldenstar 18:53, 1 April 2008 (EDT)
A WoH/Smite hybrid is possible tho. Try the following bar (in which you can replace RoD with patient spirit):
Word of Healing Rend Enchantments Reversal of Damage Smite Condition Smite Hex Castigation Signet Smiter's Boon Strength of Honor

A strong point about patient spirit and WoH is its short recharge, its spammable. But without energy management and with a maintained enchantment you cant do anything like that. Watch me work it 11:09, 3 April 2008 (EDT)

It won't be the only healer on a HB team, so it won't have to spam that much. Look at the Corrupt Enchantment version, that spams 5 energy smiting skills fine and works awesomely. If you leave it alone with the player, it will get ganked, but then you are dumb for leaving it alone with the player. Almost any Hero gets ganked in that situation. I haven't tested this build, but I usually run the Corrupt Enchantments one and it is excellent. - Miserysig1isery -TALK 11:14, 3 April 2008 (EDT)

0-0-0?

This (or something similar) is used by many high-ranked players, usually in teams with: Assa(player) - Caretaker's Rit - This - SoR monk. Could somebody high-ranked please verify this for me. thanks. Klumpeetsignature Klumpeet.ŧ.¢. 14:08, 2 April 2008 (EDT)

I'll get Smurf to when he's online. Hes r42 and r70, he has 2 top 100 accs <_< Rawrawr 14:14, 2 April 2008 (EDT)
Also i've seen Dont is ranked high enough rank to be shown in the 'observe match' menu. Klumpeetsignature Klumpeet.ŧ.¢. 14:25, 2 April 2008 (EDT)
He might just have kept the button down for a damn long time, but yeah ask him for his contribution. Rawrawr 14:35, 2 April 2008 (EDT)
This is one of those builds used in those gay A/W, Rt/A, Mo/N, Mo/E Smiteways, an overused and overpowerd sin build. Tbh I've never managed quite well with those sort of builds due to the lack of antimelee. (blind was mingson on the rt/a, your main splitter meaning you don't have it with you most of the time.) But when you face one that's used to the build it's really hard to beat.. in 4v4's there simply too much defense. The Mo/N is a great bar because it can handle splitting vs packers better than the standard Corrupt Rt/N. The added damage from SoH doesn't get screwed over by enchantments like Brutal Weapon does either, instead it gets stripped alot ><. The energy on the Mo/N is really tight. It's probably why alot of people use Castigation Signet which is, IMO, a wasted skill slot because it doesn't always give energy and the damage is weak. It should be an optional instead. In 3v3's this thing doesn't offer much anti-gank and stuff like the Rt/N does. If you're to take the Mo/N you should ALWAYS bring Rigor because it's the only real advantage over the Rt/N. The ideal Mo/N bar would look like:
Patient Spirit Word of Healing Cure Hex Smite Condition Rigor Mortis Rip Enchantment Rend Enchantments Strength of Honor

The Rt/N suits my playstyle better though. Smurf 15:57, 2 April 2008 (EDT)

Thanks for the imput, i'll change it to that. Klumpeetsignature Klumpeet.ŧ.¢. 02:36, 3 April 2008 (EDT)

Please

Don't post this on the Main Page until it's in the "Testing" mode. --GoD Sig3GuildofDeals 15:51, 2 April 2008 (EDT)

It was put there while in testing mode, but i reverted to trial when everyone started rating it 0-0-0. Klumpeetsignature Klumpeet.ŧ.¢. 02:26, 3 April 2008 (EDT)
The votes were pretty bunk anyway. From the reasoning it suggests to me that they don't understand hero battles at all. This is not a primary monk, you take a monk like this with another one to support you and make it so the player can actually kill stuff. Asking for prot on the support monk, saying you could take 8 people, the comment that mending outhealed this? Wtf... - Miserysig1isery -TALK 10:46, 3 April 2008 (EDT)
Retag it, I'll watch the votes... ~~     Frvwfr2     talk    contribs    admin   11:53, 3 April 2008 (EDT)
