Why not swap weakness for flame, drop command to 8+1 and put those extra points in something useful? Power return has a great recharge but 10e back is a pretty meh thing. IMO just run cry or pspike or pleak or plock or DD. All of those are better inturupting options, you have the leadership = you have the energy = go high end skills. It's keeping diversion/shame down, you're not touching monks at all. Diversion/shame is 10 energy itself, so they're actually still losing energy for casting.
