For the people QQing about Magebane being better, this is good. Of course you aren't going to run this when not expecting to face hexes, but ER is an incredible skill then, and rangers are one of the best options for taking it. Empathetic Removal

It's Not D-Shot. It cant be thrown onto any random build and make it better. Purge and remove hex should be enough, run magebane.
