Needs energy. — Skakid9090 03:51, 4 October 2007 (CEST)

Less NM weapon too, you've already got splinter and warmongers to buff melee. — Skakid9090 03:51, 4 October 2007 (CEST)

Also, Weapon of Fury is probably worse than bringing Expel/ER and keeping Splinter/WM on your melees. — Skakid9090 03:52, 4 October 2007 (CEST)

Has no energy problem because this assists at the most 3 players at one time, giving a rather long downtime between spikes. Given the exp i have its about 10 seconds between major spikes and that gives alot of recharge time. This is meant to buff more than one player at a time.Zealous Benediction MasterOfGuild's 03:53, 4 October 2007 (CEST)
You don't spike with Warmongers and Splinter, they're pressure skills. — Skakid9090 03:55, 4 October 2007 (CEST)
I don't see how you would have energy, seeing as you're probably gona be maintaining SoH on 2 meleers, giving you .6 energy per second back. — Skakid9090 03:55, 4 October 2007 (CEST)
Yes exactly. They are meant to keep pressure up. SW is good for a dervish or assassin that doesnt need adrenaline. But when you spike with all melees that have weapon up it creates almost overwhelming pressure. One melee has strength an honor. Mostly on your major damage dealer.Zealous Benediction MasterOfGuild's 03:57, 4 October 2007 (CEST)
Please try before commenting too much. This build takes a very short time to get used to but once you try you'll see a drastic increase in even the smallest spike.Zealous Benediction MasterOfGuild's 04:00, 4 October 2007 (CEST)

um... i dont see this spiking much. wtb damage much? how bout healing? wandspike ftl ~ ʑʌɱʌɳəəɺɨɳɳZealot's Fire(contribs) 04:37, 4 October 2007 (CEST)

This helps spiking... and this is for gvg and ha so healing is not needed.Zealous Benediction MasterOfGuild's 04:58, 4 October 2007 (CEST)
Healing isn't needed in GvG? Misfate 05:28, 4 October 2007 (CEST)
Healing not needed in HA? That's even more lol, you overspam heals in ha. - Weapon of FuryUnexist 15:56, 11 November 2007 (CET)

I like the general idea of this build, but you are going to have energy problems and you have 6 unassigned attribute points. Lord Belar 05:07, 4 October 2007 (CEST)

Lets say healing isnt necissary. The six attributes are almost useless except in spawning power and it makes no difference basically. It adds like half a second to the length so its useless. This buffs melee by about 150 life steal, Interrupt, and AOE. This does work. In fact ive been using this in gvg for quite some time and it adds great damage especially to a rending touch axe because you cant strip weapon spells. Also 10 hits with strength of honor up adds 140 damage. Add splinter weapon to that and you have serious pressure between major spikes. In addition this makes other builds like assassin melee more useful in gvg. Paragons also have great damage capabilities with this in your party. It really makes every melee profession so much better. Zealous Benediction MasterOfGuild's 20:39, 4 October 2007 (CEST)
I didn't say the idea behind the build was bad, I said you will have energy problems. Also, you might as well put those 6 points in spawning power, 1/2 sec is better than nothing. Lord Belar 23:20, 4 October 2007 (CEST)
I took the liberty of adding the spawning power for you. It gives you ~1 sec on all of your weapon spells. Lord Belar 23:24, 4 October 2007 (CEST)

Meh, Nightmare Weapon really should be switched out for a hard rez. User:Viet۷ïεדИǺмЄŠЄ. 02:58, 7 October 2007 (CEST)

no, NEEDS to be standard.—Cheese Slaya's Sig Cheese Slaya (Talk) 03:40, 10 October 2007 (CEST)
Nightmare weapon fails in a balanced group imo. Normal axe damage = same as nightmare weapon's life steal, maybe a bit less, but you don't waste 10 energy for it, and a skillslot. - Weapon of FuryUnexist 15:57, 11 November 2007 (CET)

better bar imho

Offering of Spirit Bloodsong Strength of Honor Splinter Weapon Ancestors' Rage Judge's Insight Smite Hex Flesh of My Flesh

i think spamming splinter is way better than having WW in this case, as these kind of ritualists are usually used in spike settings, where you have a mesmer that can take care of interrupts. ji on the other hand grants more ap and it's a great spell to have vs heroway (minions + barbs = pain). smite conditions is an awkward choice too, it's not so useful vs balanced builds nor condition spamming (too slow to keep pace with blindbots-cripplers-trappers). --Jim Eno 11:26, 10 October 2007 (CEST)

You take both splinter and WW, you splinter one guy and warmonger the other. - Weapon of FuryUnexist 15:59, 11 November 2007 (CET)
WW is basically the main part of this build.Beast194Sig Beast194 20:51, 21 October 2007 (CEST)
