Missing Variants

I do not know why the variants were taken down, as they are viable and even better than the original build i had posted, since i've posted this build, i've done a lot of tweaking and trying different things, currently i run the 3-man variant, almost everywhere, as it allows you to be Perma-SB'd, Perma, VwK'd, and everyone, including the hero with spellbreaker, has amazing E-management, the current 3-man variant i am working with, can be used to Clear almost the entire game, as i've vanquished numerous zones with it, i run Kathandrax, SoO, UW, and FoW, among many many many other places, all with the 3-man variant. I've been very busy with life, so i haven't been able to keep up with the upkeep of this page, currently i must admit this build is inferior to the variants i am using, and why they were taken down idk, because whoever took them down, obviously never used them, Since i've tweaked my builds, i never touch my monk, unless he's going to RoJ speed clears, monk primary is garbage compared to rit with vwk, dropping massive mobs in split seconds is much better than goofing around for 10 mins waiting for retro to kill them. Either way, i will be cleaning this up and re-posting variants soon, unless someone gives me a reason why they should not be up there.. ty for reading my wall of text Simply Amazing - gFu 19:40, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

Also, i would like to completely change this build page, removing this current setup as it is inferior to the variants i am currently using, do i need to Re-Submit or what any advice from a mod would be appreciated. Simply Amazing - gFu 19:46, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
I'd really like to see the builds you're currently running, too. The Goron 06:14, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

3-men variant

Relyk removed the 3-men variant saying it shouldn't be in this article. I'd like to know where is it then. Except this page's older versions of course Gelei 11:24, 3 January 2009 (EST)

So... why was was it that the 3 (and 4 man) variant were taken out again?--68.32.187.152 13:42, 4 January 2009 (EST)
Just for the folks, that need the build for the 3rd hero: [600Rit/Smite - Ranger;OgMU8ULfNsNIntD1B6MduO1krPA] --78.53.100.13 14:29, 9 April 2009 (UTC)

Chaos Planes

The build page mentions that CP is commonly farmed with 600 Rit/smite... Might wanna explain how you do it? It seems pretty impossible to me cuz 1) Hard time getting past Obsidian behemoths and 2) SB (spell breaker) runs out before the whole mob of Spectres is dead (with that I mean all spawns after the death of a Dream Rider). — DestructiveWasGlaiveInvert eXtinctioN (Talk/Contributions) 09:08, 4 January 2009 (EST)

I don't think that the Chaos planes are farmable like you said not because of the behemoths (those are easy if you know how) but because of the spectres etc Farmingftw 11:49, 5 January 2009 (EST)

Ok, well since my 3-man variant was taken down, yes, the current post will not work, but, maybe i'll put it back up, since i've posted this build i've worked on a few different variants, and the one i currently use, can easily clear uw, as i do it often, yes it takes much longer then uwsc, but it works. And, getting past the behemoths, you can either run, which is risky, or spike them to death, with the current variant i use, spiking them is simple, it stills takes time to kill, specially when they're in groups of 4-5, but once you get them down to 3, they drop very fast. Quickening Zephyr?

A friend of mine keeps telling me to add a ranger into my setup with Quickening Zephyr. I tried it out but I find that it does more harm than good as I find it hard to manage energy then. I also see it in a lot of other version of 600/smite. Am I doing something wrong or is there something I'm missing in all of this? --68.82.225.152 17:29, 15 January 2009 (EST)

If QZ does a lot of good, wouldn't it be mentioned on the build page / linked to another build with it? --Srs Bean Mafia. Srs Beans R Srs 07:22, 16 January 2009 (EST)
I don't know, there were a lot of good variations on this page much earlier but they were all taken out. <_< --68.82.225.152 08:45, 16 January 2009 (EST)
In fact, it was in one of the variants but wasn't really explained. [[1]]--68.82.225.152 08:48, 16 January 2009 (EST)
QZ Helps the Spell Breaker Enchanter (often a hero) maintain SB on the tank. Pretty usefull for Shards of Orr Boss.
So then do you place it within range of the smiter but not within range of the tank? (Trying to think how not to drain my energy pool.) --68.32.187.152 23:53, 31 January 2009 (EST)
qz is mostly for sb, and using it to keep up vwk is useless, since hero wont cast sb a second time--Relyk 05:32, 1 February 2009 (EST)

I will be putting my variants back up shortly, Yes QZ works, and SHOULD BE USED, when it's needed, and Yes hero will cast Spell breaker a second time, if you make him, or if you bring a real person even easier. Currently now, because of the fact it will have no energy, BUT, the variants i had posted WOULD of worked, and DOES work, because i use it to clear UW, SoO, and Kathandrax, very very often. QZ, lets you be perma SB'd, and with the use of a conset, you will be able to keep up Spellbreaker and VwK, indefinitely, making this the fastest way to 600, dropping mobs of 10-11 in mere seconds. I will put up variants soon, pm me in game if you would like to discuss this in detail. Simply Amazing - gFu 19:33, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

Video imo--Relyk 08:14, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
I actually might make a vid of this. The run is pretty simple. I'll prob do CoF. Benjammn311Sig5 14:07, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

Crypt Banshee

How can I overcome these damn Crypt Banshee? they use RoD which hit ogden instead of me causing him to die >< any suggestions? --93.172.29.114 12:03, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

For CoF you need to take a healer for Ogden. Misery CowMisery Says Moo 12:25, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

Shield of Judgement

I started using this duo farm build the other day and I wanted to farm Nahpui quarter. I'm having problems with the healers in there. I was thinking of replacing Spellbreaker for Shield of Judgement. Would this work?(XunRu 13:54, 13 July 2009 (UTC))

you'd have huge issues with a few of the caster mobs and such. Consider dropping Vengeful Weapon for Pain Inverter or Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support or Finish Him if you need to. ··· Danny-sig 17:39, 13 July 2009 (UTC)
Well I don't touch the celestials, they just cause problems, the Tengu are easy pickings though, except for the Rit tengu...I will try EVAS tonight, because I don't think the Rit's cause enough damage to justify pain inverter.(XunRu 17:51, 13 July 2009 (UTC))
Pain Inverter should deal 80 damage to them per attack. I've alternated between that and Spirit Shackles on my monk. ··· Danny-sig 17:57, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

Additional areas and variants once again

The "list of Area's Vanquished and Dungeons Completed with this build" has been moved to the archive, which means that it is a) rather old and b) doesn't get updated any more. Could a new list be created or the old one moved back here for adding additional content? I'd be especially interested in knowing whether this build has been successfully used for vanquishing Luxon/Kurzick areas (the Yeti Tank in MQSC already being a rit).

Also, the tweaked variants that Simply Amazing talks about in "Missing Variants" make every fan of this build die with curiosity. He promised to publish those variants, but that was more than 4 months ago and nothing seems to have happened. If they keep being removed here, isn't there another place where they could be put up? Please don't let us wait much longer ;) 79.214.145.87 12:50, 16 August 2009 (UTC)

a 3-man team can clear literally every area in the game, besides the two elite missions and DoA. The "Missing Variants" are undoubtedly of no value to anyone who knows what they're doing in this game. From personal experience, I can tell you that you can vanquish any zone in the game using the proper 3-man setup, including the Luxon and Kurzick areas. Whether or not it's worth it is an entirely different question. ··· Dannycbf 16:00, 17 August 2009 (UTC)
