PnH no longer helps you against dedicated hexways anyway, might as well bring another elite that helps you cope with other builds.Lightningbolt siguɐɟɐʞıd o^_^o¸«` 19:21, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

Paragon bars

Most common are: <pvxbig> [build prof=Paragon/Ritualist]["The Power Is Yours!"][Spear of Lightning][Wild Throw][Mending Refrain][Energizing Finale][Anthem of Flame][Aggressive Refrain][Resurrection Signet][/build] [build prof=Paragon/Mesmer][Cruel Spear][vicious attack]["Go for the Eyes!"][Cry of Frustration]["Never Surrender!"][Anthem of Weariness][Aggressive Refrain][Resurrection Signet][/build] </pvxbig> ~ Tycncookiesig Tycn [a] 14:09, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Actually; PnH with deny is still quite viable. Both para bars are viable but should have dual vicious if taking dual gfte. Deep wound > damage. —ǘŋƐxɩsƫ 14:19, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Bars

On main page are wrong, you run dual stand your ground, you don't run fall back, I think with dual para you usually go P/Rt on the Cruel Spear and take flesh (if you do that then you usually bring brace yourself instead of cry), or at least sig of return on one of them. Also, if you are running the Emp Removal/Cruel Spear one, you drop mending refrain for stand your ground. However, I'm lazy and cba to change shit round. --Crowels[슴Mc슴]Mootles 15:09, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

most is ran with TPIY paragon with mending refrain and finale of restoration, and gfte on the other. —ǘŋƐxɩsƫ 13:32, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Only reason to run this was huge finale heal. Now that it's been nerfed it's kind of pointless to run two paras--TahiriVeila 14:43, 7 August 2009 (UTC)

You can replace Finale with Energizing, still works like a charm..
Slap Shit was nerfed to make any paragon build but imbagon not work. gg anet for that pointless paragon update. --Ikimono"My beard is thick."Monk-Paragon-icon 16:11, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

[qft]

ran this with a MoI water ele, Glass Arrows ranger that used Precision Shot + Keen Arrow (over NR), and WoH was prot hybrid (had Guardian, atleast). I mostly focused on checking out Para bars because I didn't take time to check if this is on PvX or not. TPIY Para had Energizing Finale over Finale of Restoration, and also had Wild Throw over Vicious. Flagger was Rt/E Shackles. Opposing team ran same bars with BA, Defy War and OoS Flagger. Dual GftE, no Wild Throw, Soldier's Fury over TPIY and specced into command for stuff like Never Surrender. qft seemed to have better bars, and I want to mainbarrrrrrrrr. ---Chaos- 12:47, September 22, 2009 (UTC)

The opposing team used a Balthazar's Pendelum smiteprot :> ---Chaos- 13:05, September 22, 2009 (UTC)

No idea what the 8th skill on the WoH is, and these guys never had to res so meh, and I'm a lazy and dumb bitch who can't use common sense to fill in either skill. ---Chaos- 13:40, September 22, 2009 (UTC)

It's always been, W/x - P/Mo - P/x - R/x - Optional Midliners - Monks - Runner. The optional midliner can be anything from a CC Rit, MoI Ele, MB Ele, you could probably stick in a PB Mesmer tooo. --Frosty Mc Admin 13:44, September 22, 2009 (UTC)

Also I still think Finale of Resto is worth it, it's in essence 300 health over time. --Frosty Mc Admin 13:46, September 22, 2009 (UTC)

The way those monks were able to spam skills was quite impressive, tho. Much due to TPIY I'd guess, tho. ---Chaos- 13:51, September 22, 2009 (UTC)

Is Soldiers Fury meta because StS used it? I'd rather have my utility, and I havent seen any other guilds use SF Paras. --AngelusEvertonangelus 03:17, September 29, 2009 (UTC)

its kind of an agreement among highe players that TPIY is nice but not necessary, 'especially' with a water ele and dual stand your ground. soldiers fury compacts your bar and allows you to spam your envy, keeping your energy up for more spear attacks and higher DPS. Gringo 03:24, September 29, 2009 (UTC)
The opposing [GvG] used a Soldier's Para, but the team setup was so horrible that I didn't list it. Might be somewhere in this page history tho :> ---Chaos is gay - 11:23, September 29, 2009 (UTC)

Super Popular

Is it just me or is like every guild running dual para now?????? Ajsnuker 00:44, October 6, 2009 (UTC)

c, I heard they are. ---Chaos- (talk) -- 13:03, October 6, 2009 (UTC)
you're only about two weeks late noticing this --AngelusEvertonangelus 15:01, October 6, 2009 (UTC)
ye, high armor, spike assistance, and healing support. I'm really surprised that they're still run after the Finale nerf though.--Ikimono"...And my axe"Monk-Paragon-icon 15:05, October 6, 2009 (UTC)
they also own the tiebreaker, which means finale or not this build is perfect for current gvg. Gringo 15:56, October 6, 2009 (UTC)
Well.... I guess it seems that this is going to dominate the GvG metagame for a while. Stand your ground rules! Ajsnuker 23:56, October 6, 2009 (UTC)
anet will find a way to nerf it...... trust me --AngelusEvertonangelus 23:57, October 6, 2009 (UTC)
