Spirit bond and RC

Are pretty much overrated skills in this meta. WoH, or even healing burst is even better. When you get trained by a R/A, the healing from RC is pretty much going to be neutralized within the next dual attack. Shielding Hands and Shield of Absorption are the best small prots in the game at the moment besides the staple Guardian, especially SH because you can basically preprot/catch spikes as well as mitigate damage trains with it. Pretty much nothing ever triggers spirit bond often enough if you use the right weapon/armor set before getting spiked. uɐɟɐʞıd o^_^o¸«` 06:46, September 9, 2009 (UTC)

Forgot to mention, splits usually tend to have a char somewhere that hits over 60 quite a bit, such as MoI water ele, rodgorts/meteor on fire eles (and if they stop using it they can't push a kill through mostly). And removing spirit bond from your bar leaves you open waaaay too much for spike builds, which people still sometimes run (especially on ladder). --Crow 12:25, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

Spirit Bond isn't very good vs R/A lameway but if you face a normal-ish build (ie Water Ele, Fire Ele's, VoR Mesmers, Axes, Hammers etc) Spirit Bond will be sorely missed. --Frosty Mc Admin

The alliance guilds aren't entirely horrible (but still very horrible) and have some decent people.
