Dash over Sprint

because of the shorter recharge, wouldn't it make a better cancel stance? Also, on average, Dash will net a 18.75% IMS, and Sprint, a 21.666...% IMS, so there wouldn't be much of a difference (only about 3% IMS). Dash is better in this. You'd want to frenzy alot, and cancel it alot(yeah, you're still a wammo). That's impossible with sprint so it will reduce your amount of pressure.
