I would like to suggest a variation to this:

  • W/A:
Shadow Walk Crippling Slash Gash Final Thrust Dash Healing Signet Signet of Malice Resurrection Signet

12 +1 +3 swordsmanship, 12 +1 tactics, 3 +1 strength

It's pretty much the same function as the sword version. It's better in having a rez and a longer cripple duration, but requires a little more effort for catching something off guard. Van Wark 23:21, 24 May 2007 (CEST)

O.o...but then it's not a "lone" Ganksmen... Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 03:09, 27 May 2007 (CEST)

Also, Signet of Malice is bad on anything but a YAA, since it's way too conditional. --Edru viransu 21:11, 11 June 2007 (EDT)

Nah, SoM pwns on a steady stance War. Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 21:37, 12 June 2007 (EDT)

True. Let me clarify, signet of malice is bad on splits except on YAAs. On anything else, MTouch > Sig of Malice.

Omigawa Notes

This is a terrible gank build.
Damage : Very poor
Mobility : Good
Summary : Not worth running in GvG--Omigawa 19:11, 12 June 2007 (EDT)

Omigawa > eF and other high-ranked guilds who ran this all the time until the Cripslash buff at GvG and GWs in general? I doubt it. Most guilds I've seen use frenzy instead of shadow walk, though. --Edru viransu 21:36, 12 June 2007 (EDT)
Guilds still run YAA. Great at ganking, great at escaping target ganks, and overall very useful. Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 21:38, 12 June 2007 (EDT)
No top guilds run yaahoo anymore, unless it's part of a 3-man split. People prefer cripslash all around; even on splits (the primary split char for most guilds is a burning arrow ranger, which is still > yaahoo). -Auron 21:46, 12 June 2007 (EDT)
lol, the last time I saw this was [cow] in December lmao. Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 22:50, 13 June 2007 (EDT)
last time I saw this was eF running it from the Celestial Tournament up until the cripslash buff --Edru viransu 23:15, 13 June 2007 (EDT)

No one runs this. I don't recall anyone running this since the Cripslash buff. If you want a crippling sword warrior for a split, you run a Cripslash. Should we archive? --Edru viransu//QQ about me 23:58, 13 August 2007 (CEST)

Yeah. I'll take care of it. - Kowal Krowman {{sysop}} 00:25, 14 August 2007 (CEST)
This is still a sweet build. Sebsig seb2lazy2login (ʞ1ɐʇ) 00:28, 13 May 2008 (EDT)
