Dblow as variant, imo. --Edru viransu//QQ about me 05:56, 11 August 2007 (CEST)

WTB Detail, and Pious Haste in Variants. Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 05:57, 11 August 2007 (CEST)

Half done. No detail for you. —ǥȓɩηɔɧ/〛 06:01, 11 August 2007 (CEST)

gud, except for the worthless Usage. Attack? Nofuckingwai :O, I thought heal? Fix pls. Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 06:48, 11 August 2007 (CEST)

I say it says everything that's needed to be said. It's a warrior. Not exactly brain surgery. —ǥȓɩηɔɧ/〛 06:49, 11 August 2007 (CEST)

Can we stop making Shock axe copies with just a minor change? Variants ftw. Swiftslash \\ Impale (contributions *warrior guide) 11:13, 11 August 2007 (CEST)

No. Having only one axe warrior build for GvG/HA seems as though it would be too few, imo. --Edru viransu//QQ about me 16:21, 11 August 2007 (CEST)
So having multiple with just 1-2 skill changes is better? Almost violates WELL IMO. Swiftslash \\ Impale (contributions *warrior guide) 15:41, 13 August 2007 (CEST)
These are both played differently however. Minor variants make all the differences in an otherwise very fixed bar. —ǥȓɩηɔɧ/〛 16:30, 13 August 2007 (CEST)
Use shock to interrupt key skills, or pre-spike. Use rend to remove important echants pre-spike. Not enough to have a whole new page for it IMO. This is not just this build and the shock axe, there are other variants, where the only essencial difference is 1 skill which I find ridiculous. Sure merging all of them would require quite some work on the usage section but having more and more builds that are essencially the same is worse IMO. Swiftslash \\ Impale (contributions *warrior guide) 19:12, 13 August 2007 (CEST)
How is that worse? Users can simply click on the build they want, copy and paste the template, and they're done. Much better than scrolling through 100 variants just to tweak their build, only to figure out the template still has empty spots. Logically, distinct, different builds should be kept apart. — Rapta Rapta Icon1 (talk|contribs) 21:48, 16 August 2007 (CEST)

Rush vs Pious Haste[]

First off Rapta, you broke 1RV. Secondly, you're going to be using all of your energy on Frenzy, Bull's Strike, and Rending Touch. Finally, it's obscenely difficult to manage energy just using Pious Haste by itself. You have to give almost give it a second of downtime to keep running. —ǥrɩɳsɧƿoɲ//Д 22:00, 16 August 2007 (CEST)

You use all your energy on Bull's Strike, Frenzy and Rending Touch? Really? — Rapta Rapta Icon1 (talk|contribs) 22:18, 16 August 2007 (CEST)
Rush makes more sense. ~~ User:Frvwfr2 frvwfr2 (T/C/RFA) 22:23, 16 August 2007 (CEST)
Rush is mainly used on Hammer bars now, simply because it's not good for Bull's Striking. Most top guilds are switching to Sprint because of the "must be charged up" status of Rush. Pious Haste, however, gives you a constant speed boost, making it an excellent cancel for Frenzy as well as on-demand speed boost. Crap like "omg, it's Pious, only HA!" is wrong. A zealous axe is even equipped; no one spams frenzy and rending touch 100% of the time so it's even impractical. — Rapta Rapta Icon1 (talk|contribs) 22:26, 16 August 2007 (CEST)
Umm why was this build moved Rapta? It's name was JUST FINE. I have a feeling you are trying to distract us. ~~ User:Frvwfr2 frvwfr2 (T/C/RFA) 22:28, 16 August 2007 (CEST)
Read the reason I typed when I moved it. — Rapta Rapta Icon1 (talk|contribs) 22:30, 16 August 2007 (CEST)
Um, how is Rush not good for bull's striking? --Edru viransu//QQ about me 23:48, 16 August 2007 (CEST)
May not be able to catch your kiting target when you need to, since it may not be charged. - Kowal Krowman {{sysop}} 23:50, 16 August 2007 (CEST)
Much better than only being able to cast a kiting target every 20 seconds as with every other good option except for Pious Haste and Dash. Pious Haste and Dash are nice, though. Killing your prot can be problematic sometimes. Not too much of a problem on axes, though. --Edru viransu//QQ about me 23:55, 16 August 2007 (CEST)
No offense, but wth? Rush is great for Bulls. Imo, it is still the best cancel in the game. With Axes and Swords, it charges itself merely by getting a few pansy hits in. Then you bulls<Frenzy<Kd lock if you have Shock<and then you Add Spike (If your team is ready), or save it for another. People only use Sprint when running trip stance. Dash and Pious were just for the people who suck cancel, and can't swap worth anything. Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 00:23, 17 August 2007 (CEST)
Some people run sprint instead of Rush on Shock Axes or other warriors. Pious has a somewhat useful perma speed boost, but destroys your energy. Dash is pretty leet, imo. 50% speed boost is nice for Bull's, but costly. Old Gale warriors in the current game would be easier to manage energy with than that. --Edru viransu//QQ about me 00:27, 17 August 2007 (CEST)
Flail+Rush>Anything imo... especially in RA63.231.37.104 17:43, 21 February 2008 (EST)

Merge or just me>?[]

Should this be merged with shock axe warrior due to the very similar builds, just put in a usage for each of the varying skills? The preceding unsigned comment was added by Muryman (contribs) .

It's just you. The usage for the builds are different enough to rate separate articles. --69.15.135.220 10:55, 2 February 2008 (EST)
