This build has been designed for the following use:

PvE
general

Maintain a permenant 33% IAS and a 75% block along "Fear Me!" to help boost critical rate with Critical Strikes to have decent energy.

Attributes & Skills

"Save Yourselves!" for party wide protection
Asuran Scan for additional damage
Ebon Battle Standard of Honor for additional damage - good with Minions
Golden Lotus Strike
Golden Phoenix Strike

Equipment

Armor: Survivor's Insignias + highest vigor rune affordable. Vitae runes.
Weapons: Zealous Daggers with +15% Damage while stanced.

Usage

Maintain Soldier's Stance with Dwarven Stability
Maintain Critical Eye
Maintain "Fear Me!" as much as possible
Use skills 1, 2 and 3 against foes

Counters

Blind
Anti-melee hexes such as Empathy
Anti-adrenaline gain
