Uses Mind Blast to keep energy high and to pump out fire magic.

Commonality

Still frequently seen as a component of split builds, and infrequently in hex pressure builds. Not normally used as part of a midline in balanced builds anymore.

The E/P version is seen very frequently as a part of the standard balanced build in HA.
