Build:Me/E Wastrel's Panic

Use Panic for mobs to interrupt everything whilst dishing out damage through Wastrel's Demise and Wastrel's Worry.

• Optional for:

• [[Cry of Frustration@15] - more AoE damage.
• [[Mistrust@15] - more AoE damage.
• [[Empathy@15] - more single-target damage.
• [[Ether Nightmare] - more AoE damage.
• [[Shatter Delusions@15] for more AoE damage, consider using when only a few foes remain.
• [[Energy Burn@15]- more damage.
• [[Signet of Weariness@15] for AoE weakness
• [[Chaos Storm@15] take one of the snares below
• PvE skill of choice.

A snare:

• [[Tryptophan Signet]
• [[Deep Freeze@0] with additional energy management
• [["You Move Like a Dwarf!"@0] with Epidemic and additional energy management.

Usage

• Use Panic on balled up foes, followed by a snare (if taking).
• Spam Wastrel's Demise, Wastrel's Worry, Cry of Pain and Unnatural for damage.
• Use Glyph of Lesser Energy as energy management (before casting Panic and Mistrust).

Equipment

• Dom set, defensive sets.
• Survivor's insignias.

Variants

• Spec into Inspiration Magic and take different energy management skills.
