Use Panic for mobs to interrupt everything whilst dishing out damage through Wastel's worry.

• [[Empathy] - more single-target damage.
• [[Ether Nightmare] - more AoE damage.
• [[Shatter Delusions@14] for more AoE damage, consider using when only a few foes remain.
• [[Energy Burn@14]- more damage.
• [[Signet of Weariness@14] for AoE weakness
• [[Chaos Storm@14] take one of the snares below

Usage

• Use Panic on balled up foes, followed by a snare (if taking).
• Spam Wastrel's, Cry of Pain and Unnatural for damage.
• Use Glyph of Lesser Energy as energy management.

Equipment

• Dom set, defensive sets.
• Survivor's insignias.

Variants

• Spec into Inspiration Magic and take different energy management skills.
