This Mesmer is able to shutdown targets and assist in spikes through the usage of Energy Surge.

Equipment
- Standard Meta-game Equipment
Usage
- Shatter, when necessary. Use Esurge on spikes.
- Attempt to divert key skills, such as WoH.
- Interrupt Aegis, or other high energy spells, with the skill Power Leak.
- Manage Energy with Power Drain.
- Put up WaM, when necessary. Preferably in choke points, or under bridges.
- Glyph of Lesser Energy for those bad at E-management.
Counters
- Terrible Reflexes/fps
- Vent delay
- Being generally bad at GW
Variants
- Get Shame, and go Me/Rt for FoMF.
