This build uses the massive energy denial and damage offered by ESurge along with the utility of the dom line to quickly drop monks in Random Arenas

Usage
- Use Mind Wrack,overload and energy surge for dmg
- Cover backfire with overload and mind wrack
- Use Power Drain and Drain Ench for e management
- Use Empathy on for mele hate (cover it with overload if you don't want it to be removed quickly by the monk)
