This build has been designed for the following use:

PvE
general

The RoJ Nuker uses AoE armor-ignoring Holy damage to destroy mobs.

Attributes and Skills

"You Move Like a Dwarf!" to keep enemies in RoJ and a snare.
Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support for damage and KD.
"Finish Him!" for DW and fast killing.
Air of Superiority for energy and recharging RoJ.
Mindbender to speed up casting.
Tryptophan Signet for antimelee and snare.
Fragility with party synergy.

Equipment

Full Radiant or Survivor
40/40 Smiting Prayers set

Usage

Auspicious Incantation->Arcane Echo->Ray of Judgment->Ray of Judgment->"By Ural's Hammer.
Repeat when Arcane Echo recharges.
Spam Wandering eye and Clumsiness for AoE damage.

Counters

Standard anti-caster counters

Variants

Smite Hex or Smite Condition for hex and condition removal respectively.
Inspired Hex/Revealed Hex for more Hex removal and energy
Arcane Mimicry when in teams with multiple RoJs to get another RoJ cast.
Fragility and Cry of Pain for AoE degen.
Waste Not, Want Not for a little energy management.
Leech Signet for energy.
