Build:N/Mo Minister Cho's Estate Farmer

This is an ultimately fast and effective farming, made especially for Factions' first mission: Minister Cho's Estate. This build has some very weird ideas, but it's a very fast way to finish that mission and get pretty valueable drops thanks to HM.

• Keeping Blood at 14 increases the chance that your enemies will kill themselves through Spoil Victor alone. At 15 or 16, they'll often be left with less then 55 health and you'll have to finish them off with Necrosis.
• You might think that Consume Corpse is a waste of skills on your bar, but it halves the time of the run and negates a huge problem with this mission's farming. (Stated in Usage section)
• You can run a regen 55hp instead of bonder, but this is good enough.

Equipment

• Classic Spirit Bonding armor. AL 5 (starter) or AL 15 (Shing Jea). All armor must have Superior (-75hp - so not the Vigor) runes.
• Totem Axe comes handy. Either the -50 Grim Cesta or anything else for an offhand. 105hp is just as good for this build as 55.

Usage

• This build bypasses the biggest counter of Cho's Estate farming. Master Togo. Togo is pretty weak against swarms of HM foes when there's nobody to heal him. But this way, you can forget him.
• Each time you reach a gate (except the first three) there will be some corpses on the other side. Hit Consume Corpse to get to the other side.
• Kill foes by using your skills just like as any other 55hp builds.
• Guards can use Shove, but they won't do it unless you're moving. Stand still while fighting them to make sure you're not interrupted.
• After crossing the large stone bridge you'll come to a group of five. Two of these won't attack, the other three will attack if you stand right next to them. You can kill the two pacifists with necrosis if you like but it's faster to do the three and move on.
• When you teleport through the gate to the warrior boss you'll appear very close to him, cast prot spirit before you go through. This boss also has a knockdown. Wait until he uses it and then recast prot spirit immediately to make sure you're not interrupted.
• Animals may have a small chance to drop skill tomes, but don't drop any regular loot. It's best to just toss on a prot spirit and run through them.
• When you reach units of mixed Sickened mobs, finish off the Scribes first. They inflict burning which can be dangerous.
• Reach the Minister. After the cutscene you will have PLENTY of time to recast Prot Spirit, etc. SV finishes him in no time.

Variants

• Spiteful Spirit in place of Spoil Victor and Insidious Parasite in place of Necrosis.
• Mo/N can also run this build.

Notes

This build provides one of the easiest HM farming.
