This build uses the synergy of Barbed Signet and pretty much any degenerative hex to add pressure to the entire opposing team.

Armor
- Full survivors with the necessary runes.

- Low/High Energy Sets.
- Defensive Set (Spear & Shield).
- Enchanting Staff (if you use CF)
Usage
- Pre-cast and maintain Barbed Signet.
- Use Oppressive Gaze in conjunction with Barbed Signet to cause -7 degen (bleeding+poison) and weakness. These skills are best combined on physical enemies.
- Use Faintheartedness on physical enemies to lower their damage output and, if used with Barbed Signet and Oppressive Gaze, max out their degen.
- Use Defile Defenses to damage blockers, to cover hex, or just to spread degen.
- Use your elite skill as described above and use your optional spot for utility or more damage.
Counters
- General anti-caster effects, such as Daze, anti-caster hexes, interrupts, etc.
Variants
- In AB and CM replace the Resurrection Signet with an IMS like Dash or Sprint, or a defensive skill like Shield Bash.
Notes
- The skill descriptions of Oppressive Gaze and Barbed Signet are both incorrect.
- Barbed Signet applies bleeding before the skill your using actually takes effect. So, skills like Oppressive Gaze will trigger even if the target didn't have any conditions prior to casting.
