Usage
- Maintain Masochism
- Use Mind Bender before engaging to help speed up casts (optional)
- Call or follow call, Icy Veins > Putrid Bile > YMLD
- Once target dies Putrid Explosion
- SoLS to regain energy
- Once Icy Veins recharges hex next target with lowest HP
