This build addresses the issue of the slow moving Broad Head Arrow by using Harrier's Grasp to cripple enemies.

- Volley can be used to spread Cripple to multiple enemies.
Equipment
- Silencing or Crippling
- Recurve Bow or Shortbow
- of Enchanting.
Usage
- Use Harrier's haste to catch kiting foes.
- Harrier's Grasp causes your arrows to cripple the foes, allowing for your slow Broad Head Arrow to strike and daze them.
- Rapid fire increases your attack/interrupt rate.
