Beach run

Usage

or

  • If Hexed by the Oni (with Shadow Shroud), move from their spawn point towards your smiter. See to it that he doesn't get aggro! Find a nice spot to die - you have 3-4 seconds - and get resurrected, when the Oni retreat to their spawn point.
  • If Dazed by the Naga, run toward your smiter so he may try and remove it(if he has Purge Signet). Try not to pull aggro on him though. Note: The naga can only daze you if you are interupted by concussion shot, try not to spam to reduce the chances of interuption.
  • If the Assassins in Kayali's group are not dead, you may need the entire party to try to kill them due to their enchant removal.
  • Watch out for pop ups of Oni.

Yeti Tank

Attributes and Skills

<pvxbig> [build prof=Rt/Mo pro=12 spawn=3 res=12+1+1][Spirit Bond][Protective Spirit][Vengeful Weapon][Vengeful Was Khanhei]["Finish Him!"][Pain Inverter][Balthazar's Spirit][Essence Bond][/build] </pvxbig>

Equipment

  • Lowest AL Armor.
  • Survivor Insignias. Vigor and Vitae runes.
  • Any weapon with enchantments last 20% longer will do.
Yeti run

Usage

  • Enchant yourself with Essence Bond and Balthazar's Spirit.
  • Grab the blessing from the Luxon Priest.
  • Before engaging in combat, enchant yourself with Spirit Bond, and Protective Spirit.
  • Follow the route outlined in the map on the right.
  • Upkeep Spirit Bond no matter what while in combat, and the other enchants as you can.
  • Cast Vengeful Weapon upon engaging. Then cast Vengeful Was Khanhei.
  • Usually the Ritualist Yeti die the slowest. Use "Finish Him" and Pain Inverter during the battle if you can. You can recognize them by their red color and by the spirits they have near them.
  • When fighting the Yeti group with the Monk Boss Hukhrah Earthslove, make sure to concentrate your efforts on taking him down. It's possible when he's wasting energy healing other Yeti and using Strength of Honor on them, but it's almost impossible to kill him when he's alone. You'll require help from the Wallow team.
  • Try to disarm the Traps, so your Smiter won't get hit, if your smiter isnt smart enough to avoid the traps

Counters

  • Dying from Traps.
  • Too much damage in the Yeti cave.
  • Your Smiter dies.
  • Failing to kill Hukhrah Earthslove.

Variants

  • Replace Pain Inverter with Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support

Equipment

  • 20% longer enchantments weapon and standart low armor 600 gear.

Y Finisher

Attributes and Skills

<pvxbig> [build prof=R/Mo pro=10 bea=12+1+3 wil=12][Great Dwarf Weapon][Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support]["Finish Him!"][Serpent's Quickness][Edge of Extinction][Purifying Veil][Essence Bond][Unyielding Aura][/build] </pvxbig>

Equipment

  • Max armor
  • Any weapons will do

Usage

  • Follow Y tank and:
    • Maintain Purifying Veil and Essence Bond on him;
    • Cast Great Dwarf Weapon on him upon engage;
    • Help kill stuff with EVAS and "Finish Him!";
    • Keep EoE on;
    • Resurrect the smite/the 600 with UA

Counters

  • Getting killed.

Variants

This could be also done by a monk: <pvxbig> [build prof=Mo/R pro=10 bea=12 wil=12][Great Dwarf Weapon][Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support]["Finish Him!"][Serpent's Quickness][Edge of Extinction][Purifying Veil][Essence Bond][Unyielding Aura][/build] </pvxbig>

Runner

Attributes and Skills

<pvxbig> [build prof=A/Mo dead=12+1 sha=12+1+3 air=3][Shadow Form][Deadly Paradox][Dark Escape][Dwarven Stability][Dash][Optional][Optional][Rebirth][/build] </pvxbig> For the optional slot you can get a healing skill such as Feigned Neutrality or Viper's Defense. Shadow of Haste is also quite helpfull Also try adding "Finish Him!" to help the beach tank with the last stubborn wallow. (speeds up run)

Equipment

  • Weapon with +20% enchanting (such as Totem Axe and a shield).
  • Any armor can do with attunement and radiant runes. Get your energy as high as you can.

Usage

  • Follow the Beach Smiter, stopping to get the quest Return of the Yeti from Magistrate Kin near the entrance to the zone, until you come to a fork.
  • Split off and run down to where Kayali the Brave is.
  • Make sure you get the aggro of the Naga and bring them close to Kayali's group so that they primarily kill the assassins (most important part), and possibly Kayali. Your job is then done.
  • If any Smiter dies, and that group doesn't have a way to Resurrect him, you may be asked to run over and use a resurrection skill.

Counters

  • Failing to keep up Shadow Form.
  • Failing to pull enough Naga to the Outcasts.
  • The boss group containing 2 Outcast Assassins, Kayali, and a Death-hand will probably wipe the Naga group. Make sure you kill the Assassins if this happens. It's also possible to pull the farthest Naga group to Kayali's group, though this is very hard.
  • Getting hit by Chilblains while pulling

Variants

  • Pretty much any good runner build will do, regardless of profession. This spot is very flexible.
  • Secondary or primary paragons can speed up the run. They should take Enduring Harmony to increase the duration of IAU and "Can't Touch This!" for the Beach tank and cast them before he/she will take on the wallows.

<pvxbig> [build prof=P/A leadership=12+1 command=12+1+1]["Incoming!"]["Fall Back!"][Dash][Enduring Harmony]["Can't Touch This!"][Optional][Optional][Resurrection Signet][/build] </pvxbig> For the optional slots take two of the following skills: "Finish Him!", Death's Charge, Sunspear Rebirth Signet and/or Viper's Defense. Cast Enduring Harmony on the beach tank, followed by "Can't Touch This!" right before he/she takes on a group of wallows.

Notes

Many professions can take part in MQSC:

  • Monk can play anything besides spirit spammer
  • Any Proffesion can be runner with the right build.
  • Ritualist can do Yeti, and Wallow tank.
