4th slot can be an extra healing skill(eg:Ethereal Light, Words of Comfort, Seed of Life, Healing Seed etc). 5th slot can be extra energy management(eg:Ether signet) or a resurrection skill(Rebirth, Resurrection Chant etc).

4th and 5th slot can be an extra healing skill(eg:Ethereal Light, Words of Comfort, Seed of Life, Healing Seed etc). Infuse health is a good spike heal to consider since UA lacks the reduction in casting time unlike HB. 6th slot can be extra energy management(eg. Divine Spirit).
Equipment
Standard monk caster equipment
Usage
Have the HB monk cast Arcane Mimicry on the UA monk and maintain it. HB monk uses Auspicious Incantation and Heal Party for energy management. UA monk uses Glyph of Lesser Energy to manage high-cost spells like Heal Party.
Counters
Enchantment removals can limit the effectiveness of the HB monk, since Arcane Mimicry has a long recharge. Both monks are running on only +3 base energy regeneration. E-Denial can be severely crippling.
Variants
Patient Spirit can be swapped for Orison of Healing, Words of Comfort, Ethereal Light etc. The UA monk can run Auspicious Incantation instead but will have to spec into Inspiration Magic.
