This build has been designed for the following use:

This build combines HB (Healer's Boon) and UA (Unyielding Aura) to deliver powerful healing and resses with even the lowest energy cost spells.

HB Mimicry Monk

UA Protter

<pvxbig> [build prof=Monk/elementalist protectionprayers=12+1+1 divine=12+1][Unyielding Aura][Heaven's delight][glyph of lesser energy][protective spirit][shield of absorption][Dismiss condition][deny hexes][optional][/build] </pvxbig>

Optionals

Equipment

  • Standard monk caster equipment
  • Superior Divine Favor headpiece when casting Unyielding Aura Unyielding Aura. Swap out after casting for more health while retaining a more powerful Unyielding Aura.

Usage

Have the HB monk cast Arcane Mimicry on the UA monk and maintain it.

Counters

  • Enchantment removals can limit the effectiveness of the HB monk, since Arcane Mimicry has a long recharge. Always cover UA with HB(applies for the HB monk of course.)
  • Both monks are running on only +3 base energy regeneration. E-Denial can be severely crippling.

Variants

  • None whatsoever at this point of time.

Notes

  • The UA build can be run by heroes. Remember to disable use of UA and manually use them yourself.
  • Because UA is always underneath HB, the game adds UA's extra heals first, then HB's on top of that. EX, Ethereal Light at 14 Healing Prayers heals 95. With 14 divine favor (10+1+3 with divine head for UA) UA's 57% more heal makes the heal 149+35 (95 + (95 x 0.57) rounded down=149) first, then HB on top of that makes it 224+35 (149 + (149 x 0.50) rounded up=224), plus divine favor on top of that. This make the formula to calculate the heals (X + (X x 0.57))+((X + (X x 0.57)) x 0.50)=Y + 35, X being the skill's stated heal and Y being the finished product. This amounts to massive heals for minimal energy.
