This build has been designed for the following use:

This build dishes out damage by perpetually spamming attack skills thanks to the energy management from Warrior's Endurance.

Survivor or Knight's Insignias
Zealous/Vampiric/Furious Axe of Fortitude
Strength Shield of Fortitude

Usage

Maintain Warrior's Endurance and Frenzy during battle. Cancel Frenzy with Dash if under heavy attack / Dash for general IMS.
Spam all of your other skills.
Use Save Yourselves if your team is about to get nuked or trained by a mob.
Locking the target for the hero helps.
