Build:W/any Hard Mode Elemental Farmer

This build is still being created and is not yet ready to be rated. This build has been designed for the following use: PvE farming unknown HM

This build makes use of the strength and tactical skills of the warrior to damage the large amounts of Hulking Stone Elementals outside Sardelac Sanitarium in Hard Mode, to get normal and elite tome's along with general loot and gold.

Equipment

• A sword is needed for the ripostes to work.
• Any shield will do but a -2 damage while in a stance or damage -5 20% chance are recommended.
• Any max armor, knight's armor is recommended for more damage absorption.

Usage

• Make sure you turn on hard mode before you exit out into Old Ascalon.
• Once you get out into Old Ascalon check if there is a Grawl spawn where a boss usually spawns, rezone as you cannot out damage the monks healing.
• If there are no Grawl continue forward toward the material trader run past him into the crater like area and engage the nearest hulking stone elemental or the boss if there is one there.
• Start off by hitting Gladiators Defense and deadly riposte.
• As soon as riposte is charged hit it.
• Continue spamming your ripostes until gladiators defense runs out, when this happens hit doylak signet and when it runs out hit "watch yourself".
• Maintain "watch yourself" constantly and continue spamming your ripostes.
• Activate Gladiators Defense again and finish off any left alive with deadly riposte and final thrust.
• If you find yourself losing health use healing signet to heal. You gain 159 health and it costs no energy.
• If you encounter a boss first check which one it is.
• If it is the ele boss make sure to dodge his eruption as it will blind you making it impossible to gain adrenaline.
• Start off by using doylak signet and charge up "watch yourself".
• Once you have riposte charged up spike him with Gladiators Defence deadly riposte and riposte and continue hitting him with ripostes.
• Hit final thrust to deal large amounts of damage to finish off the boss.
• Pick up the drops and continue along to the next group.
• Continue through the mountains to the area outside Ascalon City(post-searing) and aggro a group of the elementals, kill them the same way.
• Continue through this area until there is a passage in the mountain run through this killing the groups.
• Move north of here killing off any groups in your way until you reach Master Ranger Nente.
• Head back down the passage and head towards Sardelac Sanitarium killing all the groups you see.

Counters

• Devourers spawning will ruin the run as it is very difficult to fight them.
• If any Crown of Thorns pop up they will kill you unless you manage to outrun them.
• Try not to aggro the Gargoyles as they make fighting near impossible and are hard to run away from.

Variants

• Switch out gladiators defense for Auspicious Parry for faster adrenaline gain.
• Switch Enraging Charge in for Sprint.
• Replace enraging charge with another attack skill such as Sun and Moon Slash or Galrath Slash to Kill them off faster.

Notes

• This build can be used for farming several melee bosses by fighting the mobs up to and around the boss with henchmen then flagging them offscreen so that drops are assigned to you.
• The speed boost is used for getting around faster.
• Try to only use Healing Signet when you have Gladiators Defence up to avoid taking to much damage from the -40 armor.
