Does this meet PvX well or not?
This build isn't particularly good for both RA and AB. In AB in RoJ monk with some healing, an IMS and minor hex/condition removal is definitely best. In RA a standard WoH monk bar can out heal hex/conditions and survive better than this build. IMO it does not.
