There are quite a few reasons why Goldenstar would make a good BM compared to the various other RFBMs and even RFAs that have been clogging up the request system over the past few months. Compared to Phenexxian, Saint, and ilk such as those, Goldenstar is infinitely more qualified. He has a high hero rank, satisfactory guild history, an ability to play a wide variety of positions and well, and most importantly, knows this community inside and out. Goldenstar is one of the older ones and knows exactly how to handle situations be it voting or personal disputes. Thusly, due to his age, he already has a good knowledge of existing precedents set forth by existing build masters but at the same time, due to his above average (e.g. not retarded like the average PvX person) intelligence, he knows how and when to apply the existing and how to forge new ones or disregard old ones for the good of the wiki as a whole. Goldenstar would, undoubtably, make a good build master that would better this wiki in ways that the morons currently with authority could only have dreamed of. —ǥrɩɳsɧƴɖɩđđɭɘş 22:37, 25 November 2008 (EST)

1. He is active and for the most part doesn't mess around. He also provided reasons on the big list of builds he voted on, which is amazing for being on so long to. 5. A little dickish from time to time, but I myself take that as a compliment. And BM's really need to be a hardass sometimes. Has experience with good teams and guilds, updates HA builds, votes well, looked up as an experienced player to agree with. 1. Not particularly good, and is wrong on a regular basis. Attitude isn't the best either. See this and this. If you're willing to BM anyone that knows what the basic meta builds are, go ahead and promote Goldenstar. However, if you want BMs that actually explain and back up their arguments with valid points, as well as having a decent temperament (ignoring mine, I am/was a terrible BM), then those links would make me seriously question Goldenstar's viability. Self-contradiction and repetitive flaming, especially when the user opposing your argument is for the most part correct, are not argumentative techniques that I'd find desirable. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ibreaktoilets (contribs) .

4. How does bm'ing him help move builds out of testing? Also, His votes are almost never insightful, Never helpful, and never in a pleasant tone. "Knowing your stuff" without the attitude and charisma to go with it wont make anyone want to listen to what you have to say.
