- It's not, I guess. Cardinal said that no votes count on any of the vetting policies at the moment, and no added votes will count until five vetting policies are in existence. Even then, they wouldn't count unless the voter had voted on all five of them. See PvXwiki talk: Percentage Favored Vetting#My vote. -- Armond Warblade
