This build is perfect for Random Arenas. It does a fairly large amount of damage while self healing making your party's healer's job much easier this build can also wreak havoc on enemy healers, and if timed right this build can easily cause an instant win by interupting and killing an enemy healer.

Usage

Best used in RA to shut down enemy healers. But it can be used to just do great amount of general damage all while self healing and making your healers job easy.

Counters

The main draw back to this build is that it can be easily interrupted by even amateur Rangers so your best bet is to kite by default in every match.

Any type of health steal skills especially low energy ones.
