Usage
Maintain your enchantments. Foul Feast allies. Use plague touch to remove any dangerous conditions. Spike with Chilling Victory ->Wearying Strike Reap Impurities is a self heal.
Counters
Melee hate (hexes only) Over saccing (though dark aura will allow you to get some compensation for that) Strong and fast-recharging enchantment removal.
Variants
Drop reap impurities for a different self heal.
