This build is a team build consisting entirely of paragons

Imbagon Edit

Main damage mitigator.

Attributes and Skills Edit

<pvxbig> [build prof=Paragon/War Command=8 Leadership=11+1+1 SpearMastery=11+1][Barbed Spear][Blazing Spear][Ebon Battle Standard of Honor][Focused Anger][For Great Justice][Save Yourselves][There's Nothing to Fear][We Shall Return][/build] </pvxbig>

Equipment Edit

  • Less experienced teams may want to consider taking all centurion insignia
  • More experienced teams may want to experiment with a mix of survivor and radiant insignia
  • Highest vigor rune available and vitae runes for the rest are highly recommended.
  • A furious spear with +5energy and fortitude mod
  • A command/motivation shield (wont matter which the req is not met) with +30 health and whatever inscription you want

Usage Edit

This paragon is a pivotal part of the team and as such should be an experienced player. Needs to have a high ebon and kurzick/luxon rank to be effective. This paragons role is to keep Save Yourselves and Nothing to Fear up as much as possible and to keep Ebon Battle Standard up at the start of a fight. Use Focused Anger as well as For Great Justice to keep his adrenaline pool alive. We Shall Return should be the absolute last resort for a rez and can be discarded from the build if rez scrolls are used in the party.

Counters Edit

  • Death. The imbagon nigates a lot of the damage dealt and can wipe an entire party if he does not watch his health.

Cruel Spear Edit

Secondary damage mitigator with Cruel spear to add a heavy hitting condition.

Attributes and Skills Edit

<pvxbig> [build prof=Paragon/War Command=8 Leadership=11+1+1 SpearMastery=11+1][Wild Throw][Blazing Spear][Cruel Spear][Spear of Fury][Anthem of Flame][Save Yourselves][There's Nothing to Fear][Signet of Return][/build] </pvxbig>

Usage Edit

  • Spam Anthem of Flame and other shouts to maintain energy. Use Cruel Spear followed by Spear of Fury to quickly regain adrenaline. Use There's Nothing to Fear whenever you can. Keep Save Yourselve's up whenever it is possible to cover the imbagon. Use Cruel Spear on any enemys that are near death to quickly kill them off.

Counters Edit

  • Not keeping up Save Yourselves and There's Nothing to Fear. The imbagon does not get the bonus from his Save Yourself giving him much lower armor than the rest of the party.

SoP Motigon Edit

One of the primary healers in the party.

Attributes and Skills Edit

<pvxbig> [build prof=Paragon/any Motivation=10+1+1 Leadership=12 SpearMastery=8+1][Spear of Lightning][Signet of Synergy][Finale of Restoration][Mending Refrain][Song of Purification][Chorus of Restoration][Ballad of Restoration][Signet of Return][/build] </pvxbig>

Equipment Edit

  • Should have all Radiant Insignia
  • Highest Vigor Rune possible, Motivation Rune on Motivation Headpiece, and the rest Vitae Runes
  • Furious Spear with a +5energy inscription and a +30 fortitude mod
  • Motivation Shield with a +30 fortitude mod

Usage Edit

  • The SoP should take either the top four or bottom four memebers of the party list and keep Mending Refrain and Finale of Restoration on them. They should also spam their shouts to keep the party healthy. If a party member is at critical health both Motigons should spike heal them with Signet of Synergy. The SoP does not need to waste Song of Purification whenever it is up. Use it when 2 or more party members are conditioned and always use it if the Imbagon is conditioned.

Counters Edit

  • Not spaming the shouts and failing to maintain Mending Refrain and Finale of Restoration.

Notes Edit

  • The Motigon builds are easily if not preferably run by heroes as they will make sure every one is covered by the Mending Refrain and Finale of Restoration.

SoR Motigon Edit

The second of the primary healers in the party.

They should also spam their shouts to keep the party healthy. If a party member is at critical health both Motigons should spike heal them with Signet of Synergy. The SoR should use Song of Restoration whenever it is up.

Hexagon Edit

The third of the primary healers in the party.

Attributes and Skills Edit

<pvxbig> [build prof=Paragon/Monk Motivation=10+1+1 Leadership=12 SpearMastery=8+1][Ballad of Restoration][Hexbreaker Aria][Finale of Restoration][Energizing Chorus][Empathic Removal][Cure Hex][Remove Hex][Signet of Return][/build] </pvxbig>

Usage Edit

  • The Hexagons only purpose is to keep the party free of hexes. This job becomes very difficult in the plains and burning forest areas. The Hexagon also has some backup heals and energizing chorus to help keep the team in health and energy.

Notes Edit

  • The Hexagon build is easily run by heroes.

Beastagon Edit

The main damage dealers 4X.

Attributes and Skills Edit

<pvxbig> [build prof=Paragon/Ranger Command=9 Leadership=9+1+1 SpearMastery=8+1+1 Be=12][Heal as one][Spear of Lightning][Anthem of Envy][Go for the Eyes][otyugh's cry][melandru's assault][brutal strike][Signet of Return][/build] </pvxbig>

Equipment Edit

  • Should have all Radiant Insignia
  • Highest Vigor Rune possible and the rest Vitae Runes
  • Poisinous Spear with a +5energy inscription and a +30 fortitude mod
  • Command Shield with a +30 fortitude mod

Usage Edit

  • The Posigons main purpose is to keep the enemies conditioned the Dazeagon needs conditions on the enemy to be effective and thats what this build does. The build also has Infuriating Heat to help maintain the party's adrenaline levels. Start a fight by dropping Infuriating Heat and then cycling through the healers and casters and keeping them conditioned. The Dazeagon will be dazing the healers first so those should be your primary targets. Cycling your other shouts and chants will help to take down the enemy quickly.

Barbagon Edit

The party's caller and main damage dealer.

Attributes and Skills Edit

<pvxbig> [build prof=Paragon/Necromancer Curses=10 Leadership=12+1+1 SpearMastery=8+1 ][Weaken Armor][Barbs][Mark of Pain][Disrupting Throw][Anthem of Fury][They're on Fire][Burning Refrain][Signet of Return][/build] </pvxbig>

Equipment Edit

  • Should have all Radiant Insignia
  • Highest Vigor Rune possible and the rest Atunment Runes
  • Any Spear with a +5energy inscription and a +30 fortitude mod
  • Curses off hand with +30 health and whatever inscription you prefer.

Usage Edit

  • The Barbagons main purpose is to hit the enemies with Barbs, Mark of Pain and Weaken Armor and then to call that target. The rest of the team follows target and can down most mobs with relative ease. The Barbagon also has an added adrenaline boost and damage reduction for the burning forest where the team will take the most damage.

ConceptEdit

The basic idea behind the build is that with everyone in the team spamming chants and shouts the team should get constant health, energy, and adrenaline. If one person dies its ok as long as they are revived quickly. Two or three deaths at a time can spell absolute wipe. As long as the team stays on target and can take out the healers in a group first there should be realatively low risk. A full conset makes this build absolutely unstoppable in NM and is an essence is recommended to reduce the down time between mobs. It is also recommended that the two damage mitigators use their shouts PRIOR to aggro. It is not uncommon to completely neglect looking at what you are getting hit by because the damage can be negligable however it is still advidsed that during the burning forest your party stays aware of meteor shower. Its also absolutely crucial that every party memeber be within each others aggro bubble for the shouts to effect everyone. This does mean that your party is an easy target for AOE but the party can simply move. All in all this can be a very fun build that can go wrong very quickly if party members do not understand their roles and the concept behind Paragons.
