Water Hex Mesmer

- Esurge spikers call target and 1,2,3 it. Earth Ele Obi flames it. Target should/is dead.
- Soul Barbs spikers call a target together and Esurge spikers spam 1 hex, shatter, hex. Target is dead.
- Warder keeps wards down and blinds melee. KD healers/protter.
- Water Hex Mesmer interrupts caster with maelstrom and shard storm. Use rust on warriors and mesmers where signets are found.
