This skill is currently only available from Phenaxkian The Cold who is seen in various places where the temperature is extreme (e.g., the Shiverpeaks and Ring of Fire islands). He is usually surrounded by a mob of 2 or 3 fire imps and 2 monks. However, it is known that this can vary, resulting in an almost certain death to certain party members if the imps spike a player hexed with this skill. This makes it one of the most difficult elite skills to acquire, and fast hex removal is essential.
