- Not really, if you snare wars, it's no use if your team don't kite them. Whereas, you can simply stand on the same spot pretending the warrior trying to land a hit on you doesn't exist since your bsurge is just basically perma-blinding. I was snare mezzing for this monk duo, and said monk duo was standing on the same spot for like, 3 minutes, and I was screaming at them to kite out of the frontline.PikaFan19x19px 16:16, 1 February 2009 (EST)

- Me/E is more about Blurred/Blind than snaring tbh, unless you're running Shackles then your only real stand snare is Shard Storm. Bsurge requires that your team kites/prekites a lot better than Me/E seeing as you have no Blurred. Tab 16:21, 1 February 2009 (EST)
