After several nerfs, Incoming became near useless. The new version would allow it to be a powerful anti-spike skill, and the downside would stop Paragon teams from abusing it.

While originally providing only minor energy gain, this buff would make Peace and Harmony much more useful, doubling its +energy regeneration.

The old version was conditional and underpowered for its elite status and its placement in the Smiting Prayers attribute. The new version allows monks to mitigate damage while dealing damage and a knockdown, which may cause Smiting Prayers to no longer be the neglected attribute it used to be.

Signet of Midnight was highly regarded as one of the worst possible ways to spread Blind. The touch range and the recharge times were the main reasons why. By slightly reducing the recharge time and removing the need for touch range, Signet of Midnight would become much more useful.

The old Battle Rage was unused because it prevented people from taking advantage of most IAS skills. The new version takes care of that problem by including 33% IAS, but is counterbalanced by the reduced duration and the high adrenaline cost, which makes it more vulnerable to adrenaline denial skills.

Although the original Decapitate was the most powerful Warrior attack skill in the game, it didn't get any serious use due to it's effect of losing all adrenaline and energy, making followup options extremely limited. The new version allows energy based followups such as Critical Chop or Furious Axe, but the reduced deep wound duration and increased adrenaline cost makes skills like Eviscerate still viable.
