The Idea is for easy Spike and Snare team build for randoms to learn H.A, without being pulled into a group of constant fail, even some more experienced players have tried this and liked it.
ES W/P x2
1st)On test round, Both ES walk to middle of ledge(in the circle picture on ground) and target closest NPC and build adrenaline Up, once ready, get ready to count down and call party in, and call ur spikes/targets)
2nd)Take a Monk Each, ES 1 go for Fuse, ES 2 go for protect, when Earth Shaker is Up call K.D so Ele's Can Spike the monk's, use SoC in the required Arena call your SoC as you use to save over lapping, dont stay on 1 target to long, try and switch to confuse monks then switch back onto monk's.

- Weapons=Hammer(sunderin/Zealous), Longbow(to build adrenaline in test round)
MB Ele x2
you are the major Spiker's, plus 1 of you will speed boost ES 2 when you have to run relics, FB to get him going the MB 2 uses MH near FB finishing and also on wars return, when wars are not calling a KD for you to spike, you should focus on damaging other foes to really keep the monks down.

your job is simple..you blind the melee's, help monks with the wards, and damage the melee's, if you can get a melee near death, call target for MB's to spike fast..your job is busy though, you may have to keep upto 2-4 melee's blind and snared in wards, plus following monks like a lost lamb to keep ward of stability on them

use LS to protect yourself and allies also as a conditon removal protect fuse at all cost, expecially after he uses fuse, always get blind of warriors, so they can keep the monk pressured, also keep Aura of Stability up at all times. - All Casters should bring a high health Spear and Shield set, and also in Weapon Slot 4, have there wand and shield in slot 4, all mainly for survivabilty when energy isnt of big concern.
