Chaos

Welcome to PvX, happy editing!--Steamy..x 12:31, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

Thank you! I have used it for quite a while... Great stuff. Time for me to pitch in my 2 cents occasioanlly. GeroWizhard 12:34, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

Haha yeah, you might want to read this if you havnt already :> thanks<3--Steamy..x 12:36, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

Try

creating a new section instead of editing old ones like you did in Build talk:E/any SH Elementalist, else everyone assumes its old and doesn't read it--Relyk talk 23:37, June 11, 2010 (UTC)

Not sure I am following you. I did make a new section in SH Elementalist for the FB Nuker.--GeroWizhard 05:23, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

"(22 intermediate revisions not shown)". Please remember to use Minor Edit and Show Preview when posting =/ --DANDY ^_^ -- 05:19, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

Ok. I'll try. It's hard to do that properly when I'm trying to keep up with the feedback.--GeroWizhard 05:25, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
;o 1-3 posts should be enough for that, just edit the whole page at once. And you honestly did seem to make a lot of unnecessary sections in there. --DANDY ^_^ -- 06:15, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Ok? I may have a somewhat different picture of what a wiki should be. The page should evolve to best express the idea conveyed by the title. I know this mixes the flow up more than you would like, but the objective is clarification. I am trying to follow your guidlines, but "refactoring" is needed sometimes and, of course, I make mistakes. The feedback flows pretty quick sometimes... Just editing the relevant section usually works.--GeroWizhard 06:23, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Preview is for correcting those mistakes before you post them. Also, you don't need to post every step in your process of attempting to refine a build. Try at least a few alternatives out yourself, choose the one you feel best, post for discussion. This shouldn't happen too many times per build either; you should be fairly confident with your choice. However, said confidence is not to be confused with stubbornly defending your build(s). Tru 14:11, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

You really

Don't seem to comprehend the high quality requirement of builds on PvX. We lifted the Trash limit from 2.5 to 3.75 (do you realize how high this is?) and deleted a whole category of "Other Working Builds" to get rid of all those builds which are fairly decent, but are simply not as good. This makes it a real challenge to come up with a build that'll pass vetting, usually you got to be incredibly innovative, or just wait for the next update and be the next to post the newest obvious skill combinations/bars. --DANDY ^_^ -- 15:30, June 14, 2010 (UTC) --DANDY ^_^ -- 15:30, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

PvXwiki:Chill Out, you're actually in breach of policy right now. Instead of raging at how the site works, come over at my place and share a couple of beers, then we could go to the sauna. Beer's on me, and there's some sausage involved. How about? --DANDY ^_^ -- 16:39, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Oh, and I'm homosexual, but I'm sure that's no issue to you. Finnish culture just happens to be being naked with other men in a crowded, small, and hot sauna. No second thoughts with the sausage. Do you prefer ketchup or mustard, or do you like it plain? --DANDY ^_^ -- 16:41, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
lol'd<3--Steamy..x 16:43, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Or mayo, if you know what I mean. Tru 16:45, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Clever Tru, clever. Only the most intelligent amongst us will get that subtle insinuation. --Short 16:46, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
You don't eat Finnish sausage with mayo ;< Also, my god, once when I was eating this cheese sausage, I bit it and this squirt of molten, yellow cheese flew out of it. I gained +10 appetite. --DANDY ^_^ -- 16:53, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

Do you guys get sweaty enough in the sauna? Or do you still need to bring lube?--TahiriVeila 16:47, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

You get really moist with or without lube. I tend to bring it, though, since usually I can't wait for the sauna to heat up properly. --DANDY ^_^ -- 16:52, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Heat it earlier on so it's already warm enough? --Short 16:53, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Not always possible. --DANDY ^_^ -- 16:54, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

Geowizards builds are of the highest quality and all you faggots should stop being jealous.--Steamy..x 16:56, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

Hey, be nice. I took that personally! :< --DANDY ^_^ -- 16:57, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

Novii is strong voter and categorizer c?--Steamy..x 17:01, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

What a riot. I did get some good laughs there.

I follow procedures and policies where possible, but defintely not when they go against my common sense... Legal Smeegal ain't worth spoilt buttermilk.

I enjoyed dissing the communities instant dismissal of a Good build. Some of you are really asses to criticize a fresh build without at least once play testing it. So what that it is not absolute Meta-Best?--GeroWizhard 17:06, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

By God you're thick. We don't need to test it, builds are basically pure maths assuming a good player is playing it. I'd get out my Bob Fregman quote but cba. And I've tried DD before anyway. I went straight back to Contagion for when I actually want to efficiently win games. And we only keep optimum builds. By God you take GW seriously. --Short 17:09, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
^ you dont have to test builds to know if theyre good or bad.--Steamy..x 17:10, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Did you think Hiroshima was a test?--GeroWizhard 17:25, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
"It doesnt require a whole lot of skill to rate a build without testing it. The funny thing about computers and machines is, everything does what it says it's going to do. So you look at atts, skills, etc. and you can pretty much judge a build. It's not like judging an athlete or student, where a weak or dumb looking person can suprise you. Weak skills with weak synergy are, well, weak. Bob fregman 02:35, 4 December 2007 (CET)"
Maybe judge the athlete, but can you run his race?--GeroWizhard 17:27, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
This was the Bob Fregman quote which I referred to earlier. It's practically policy, if it isn't. --DANDY ^_^ -- 17:12, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

Get off my page with this noise... You fail to realize that I know *exactly* where you are coming from... Monkey See, Monkey Know. --GeroWizhard 17:14, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

We'll stop, since you request us to leave your page. --DANDY ^_^ -- 17:17, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

Firstly, your analogies are awful, shut up. Secondly, you're repeating what every single new user who doesn't understand the game or the wiki says, always along the lines of "omg you didn't test my build, how can you know it is shit?". It's quite obvious if a build is good or not, and that one certainly isn't the best of the bunch! Stop getting overly upset because somebody called your awful build awful. Don't call the guidelines/policies that obviously make sense stupid. It just serves to alienate you from the community and you end up looking like a complete cretin! Good day to you, sir. --Crow 19:51, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
